KENKO Mayonnaise has launched "Honey Butter Sauce," the third product in its Butter Sauce series following "Garlic Butter Sauce" and "Butter Sauce," for the spring/summer 2023 season.
The product is characterized by its mellow butter and honey aroma and its "addictive" sweet and savory taste. It is in liquid form, so it can be used like melted butter in a variety of ways, such as pouring, spreading, dressing, and baking. The product is available in 505g and 200g bottles for ease of use.
Normally, when melted butter and honey are mixed and refrigerated, the butter separates and hardens after about 30 minutes, but KENKO MAYONNAIS' "Honey Butter Sauce" remains in liquid form even after refrigeration, making it convenient for immediate use. The well-balanced mixture of butter and honey makes it easy to use.
It can be used to make Korean gourmet dishes such as "Honey Butter Chicken," which has become very popular over the past few years. A recommended menu item is the "Honey Butter Scented Apple Open Toast" featured on the special page of the official website. The apples are tossed in "Honey Butter Sauce" and cooked slowly over low heat until tender.
