FUJIPAN Corporation (Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture) will release a collaboration product "Snack Sandwich with Iwashita Fresh Ginger and Tartar Tamago" using "Iwashita Fresh Ginger®" from Iwashita Foods Corporation (Tochigi, Tochigi Prefecture) from April 1 (Saturday) for a limited time. This is the second collaboration since last year. Iwashita Fresh Ginger" has sold a total of 300 million packs since its launch in 1987, making it Iwashita Shokuhin's signature product. Fujipan Corporation aims to be a company that contributes to the health and happiness of its customers through its products.

In this collaboration, the tartar filling with fresh Iwashita ginger is combined with an egg filling. The mild egg filling enhances the characteristic mild piquancy and crunchy texture of Iwashita's fresh ginger.
The spring-like package is based on the color pink, the image color of Iwashita's fresh ginger, and also features "Iwashika®", the official character of Iwashita's fresh ginger.
