From March 10th, it will be released the doubled “Kai Kaisen Tendon” for 760 yen and the “Seafood Tenji Don” for 640 yen, which is a “Seafood Tendon” bound with an egg.

Luxurious "Kaisen Tendon" with seafood tempura
The "Kaisen Tendon" features two resilient shrimp, soft squid, and scallop tempura with a flavor that spreads as you bite into it, as well as Spanish mackerel tempura and vegetable tempura with snap peas and lotus root. Tastes of the region
Tendon sauce is seasoned according to regional taste preferences, with eastern Japan using two types of soy sauce and two different flavors of dried bonito flakes, and western Japan combining the umami of bonito, kelp, dried sardines and shiitake mushrooms with dark soy sauce to create a mildly sweet sauce.
